electrical

these pieces may use ul-listed ac power cords, but the finished assembly is not ul, etl, or csa listed and hasn't been tested by any certification body. they're artworks, prototypes, and not appliances... the wiring is built into the piece and isn't intended to be serviced or brought to appliance standard. use is at the buyer's own risk. we are not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from use.

repairs

repairs are available for any piece bought here. the buyer covers parts, labor, and shipping both ways. contact before sending anything — an estimate is provided in advance.

many pieces use new old stock, military, or industrial components that are no longer produced. where an exact replacement isn't available, a repair may change the appearance of the piece. any visual change is discussed before work begins.

payment

payment is processed at checkout. an order is confirmed once payment clears. prices can change without notice. orders may be refused or cancelled.

shipping

pieces ship from los angeles. tracking is sent once the piece ships. transit times are estimates. shipping is calculated at checkout.

returns

returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. the piece must be returned in its original packaging. the buyer pays return shipping. refunds are issued once it arrives and is inspected.

damage

report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, via the contact page.

liability

artwork is sold as is. to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site or anything bought through it.
